Process Development
We conduct thorough literature searches to find economically viable and synthetically feasible routes before starting initial batches of the product. Our fully equipped facilities can identify and execute novel synthetic routes quickly. Further optimization of the reaction conditions is achieved through various chemical and physical means.
Product yields are improved by identifying impurities and conducting studies to control their formation. Each step in the process is documented including failures to ensure reproducibility. Once we have come to the premiere synthetic route for the project, the small-scale synthesis can easily be transferred to the kilogram scale.
